Customer Success Process Review
To ensure a rapid timeline, we begin with a well thought-out knowledge transfer framework, which includes:
- An on-line pre-kick off questionnaire
- A one-hour project kickoff call to coordinate project logistics for the optimization project
- A knowledge transfer workshop (maximum of four hours)
- Independent review of the Gainsight system and any business or design documents/wish-lists, if such exist
- Post-review interview session and finalize requirements
Once we understand your customer success needs and Gainsight goals, we quickly begin on implementing them. The basket of the technical services typically included in an optimization project are:
1) Building new or re-configuring existing business rules
2) Data load (Usage Object/MDA)

We staff your projects with the right resources and expertise in every facet of any Gainsight development work. Our average consultant has at least 10 years of domain expertise. The majority of our consultants have an SFDC administration certificate, have past experience implementing or configuring the force.com platform and have all been fully trained as Gainsight Administrators.
