About PulseLocal Communities
PulseLocal is a group of local networking communities of Customer Success leaders that meet monthly to network, share their experiences, develop customer success programs and relationships to improve their knowledge about Customer Success. PulseLocal chapters can be found in major cities all over the world, including San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Atlanta, Phoenix, St. Louis, Pittsburgh, Dallas, Portland, Chicago, and Seattle.
One of the most exciting aspects of PulseLocal are the relationships that are made in Customer Success. Frankly, they don’t happen enough, and for the folks who don’t have the time or budget to attend the annual conferences PulseLocal provides opportunities to do so at the local level.
What is PulseLocal?
The promise of the PulseLocalSV chapter continues to be one of building the framework of the growing Customer Success industry without a vendor pitch. In fact, no one from any customer success software technology will ever speak at any of our events. The PulseLocalSV chapter is managed by a president, Irit Eizips, who has demonstrated local leadership in Customer Success.
